About the event
The Annual General Meeting is a RSVP event for all members of the collective to attend and vote.
This meeting, as bound by our Model Rules, will give members a report of the activity and finances year to date, as well as allow members to vote in members of the board, and it's constitutionally embedded positions.
Please ensure you are a member of SCMIC to be eligible to nominate, attend and vote for the 2025 committee
If you would like to nominate yourself to be a part of the committee, ensure that you are available for meetings once a month, and an average work time of 2 hours per month. To nominate, please complete the online form available at https://www.scmic.org/agm-sep-2025
